Bachelor’s Degree 1-3 years of experience in consumer e-commerce or retail-focused marketing roles, ideally with ownership of lifecycle and retention channels Hands-on experience managing both strategy and execution of email and SMS programs Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure ROI, interpret data, and turn insights into action Familiarity with segmentation, testing methodologies, and lifecycle program design Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with creative, merchandising, and product teams
