3-5+ years of experience in Ed Tech Sales and/or Ed Tech sales combined with prior K-12 service. Proven success in managing complex processes, consultative approach, and relationship building. Strong understanding of the K-12 ecosystem, especially special education. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft) and virtual presentation platforms. Bachelor's degree required.
