Senior Product Manager, Coding

3–5+ years of product management experience, with direct experience in hospital coding, revenue cycle management, or CDI workflows. Proven ability to understand complex clinical workflows and translate them into software. Demonstrated success standing up complex AI algorithms or detection workflows. Strong cross-functional leadership experience. Track record of delivering measurable financial or operational impact for healthcare providers. Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments. Excellent communication and systems thinking.

Gain deep understanding of hospital coding workflows and the RCM ecosystem. Lead product discovery and design for the coding platform. Translate coding rules into scalable AI-driven logic. Partner with data science and engineering to define and deploy algorithms. Prioritize features and define success metrics. Engage with customers to gather feedback and refine requirements. Write clear product documentation. Develop and execute a product roadmap. Drive alignment around product strategy.
