8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience At least 2 years of director level experience in a fast-growing software or web3/DLT company Demonstrated success hiring technical, non-technical, and executive roles Deep familiarity with Greenhouse ATS (implementation, automation, and reporting) Boolean search power-user on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms Hands-on experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools and sourcing platforms Proven ability to design, implement, and measure recruiting processes and KPIs Sufficient technical fluency to partner with engineering leaders Experience in successfully leading complex offer negotiations

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Talent team Own full-cycle global recruiting efforts, emphasizing technical recruitment Establish a metrics-driven hiring plan using Greenhouse data Report pipeline progress to SVP of HR and hiring managers Reduce time-to-fill and improve candidate experience and quality of hire Build talent pipelines through Java developer communities Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools for outreach and candidate experience Build and own employer branding and developer community engagement strategies Manage external talent agency relationships
