8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience At least 2 years of director level experience in a fast-growing software or web3/DLT company Demonstrated success hiring technical, non-technical, and executive roles Deep familiarity with Greenhouse ATS (implementation, automation, and reporting) Boolean search power-user on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms Hands-on experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools and sourcing platforms Proven ability to design, implement, and measure recruiting processes and KPIs Sufficient technical fluency to partner with engineering leaders Experience in successfully leading complex offer negotiations
