Develop and drive Gauntlet's recruiting strategy Develop innovative strategies to find, engage, and hire top crypto talent anywhere in the world Create and execute a diverse and inclusive hiring strategy Analyze and report on progress to team leads regularly Facilitate a positive interview experience for candidates, as well as internal interviewers Develop repeatable processes and leverage automation when possible Train and mentor junior members of the People team Hire and train junior employees on Gauntlet's Talent Acquisition Team
