Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a SaaS or technology company. At least 2 years in partnerships, ecosystem programs, partner enablement, or a technical, customer-facing role. Strong communication skills, able to explain business and technical concepts clearly. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize multiple projects. Ability to focus on operational excellence, improving processes and creating scalable systems.
Responsibilities:
Manage and support approximately 50 technology partners through scalable engagement programs. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, triaging questions and connecting them with internal teams. Develop and operationalize scalable systems such as newsletters, FAQs, and enablement resources. Collaborate with product, marketing, and events teams to spotlight partners. Measure and improve partner engagement, satisfaction, and program health. Contribute partner insights back to product and business development teams. Experiment and iterate on new programs for developers and integration partners. Champion partner and user needs internally.
