Proactively manage and maintain the CEO’s complex schedule. Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all meetings. Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, fielding correspondence and requests. Drive the scheduling, coordination, documentation, and improvement of the company’s Operating Rhythm. Coordinate with leadership teams to schedule business operating meetings. Help prepare frameworks, slides, document templates, and agendas. Manage logistical requirements for key board and executive meetings. Handle comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements. Process expense reports, manage invoices, and track CEO’s office budget. Prepare presentations, documents, and written correspondence. Handle personal errands and administrative tasks for the CEO.
