Sales Ops Analyst

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field 3+ years of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems Sales or finance related background Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query) Basic SQL for data querying Basic Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to work independently in a remote setting

Analyze sales data and create dashboards to track KPIs and performance Optimize sales processes, including territory alignment and pipeline management Maintain CRM data integrity (Salesforce experience preferred) Support forecasting and planning cycles with accurate data validation Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align operational goals
