6+ years managing Google Ads and performance marketing with a B2B SaaS or similar funnel. Proven ability to drive measurable revenue outcomes. Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign). Experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent written communication and storytelling through data.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage the entire Google Ads and paid search pipeline. Develop and execute full-funnel paid acquisition strategies. Manage budgets, forecast performance, and optimize ROI. Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max). Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor benchmarking. Create compelling ad copy and visuals. Collaborate to develop and test high-converting landing pages. Use analytics and heatmaps to improve conversion rates. Implement A/B testing frameworks. Set up accurate tracking for conversions. Ensure closed-loop attribution from ad click to paying customer. Monitor CAC, LTV, and ROAS. Partner with Product Marketing, CRM, and Sales teams. Provide insights and performance feedback to leadership.
