8–12+ years in agency or consulting roles focused on digital solutions, strategy, and client engagement Proven track record of winning new business and growing client relationships Strong understanding of AI and technology Experience selling AI or emerging tech solutions to enterprise clients Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to C-suite and senior executives Commercially savvy with experience in pricing services and contract negotiations Collaborative mindset across strategy, technology, creative, and production teams Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
