Responsibilities:
Build and manage a distributed SDR team (US and India) Source, interview, hire, and onboard A-players Create and refine outbound playbooks, sequences, and targeting strategies Set up and optimize SDR tech stack Jump on calls to test messaging, train the team, and close gaps Establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and run daily standups Partner with marketing on lead scoring, ICP refinement, and campaign alignment Collaborate with AEs for smooth handoffs and feedback loops Build compensation plans and career paths
