Responsibilities:
Build and manage a distributed SDR team (US and India) Source, interview, hire, and onboard SDRs Create and refine outbound playbooks, sequences, and targeting strategies Set up and optimize SDR tech stack Test messaging, train the team, and close gaps by making calls Establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and run daily standups Partner with marketing on lead scoring, ICP refinement, and campaign alignment Collaborate with AEs for smooth handoffs and feedback Build compensation plans and career paths for SDRs
