4+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships (Hospitality or SaaS preferred). Proven record of achieving renewals and revenue growth. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with hospitality, property management, or SaaS platforms is highly desirable. Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gainsight).
Responsibilities:
Own a portfolio of accounts for retention and renewals. Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Develop account plans and growth strategies. Manage the full renewal cycle. Build executive-level relationships with customers. Act as the voice of the customer internally. Lead regular business reviews. Drive ARR growth within the portfolio. Proactively mitigate churn. Maintain accurate forecasts in CRM tools. Share customer and market insights. Advise customers on best practices.
