Depth in at least two of the following areas: Venture Financings (Seed through Series A rounds, investor negotiations, capitalization strategy), Technology Transactions (SaaS, IP licensing, complex commercial agreements), HR and Operations Law (Employment compliance, policy development, scaling organizational systems), Consumer Platforms (Privacy (CCPA/GDPR), user-generated content, e-commerce regulations) Experience advising founders, executives, and investors

Serve as an embedded legal partner Lead strategic engagements across a portfolio of clients Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal counsel Lead initiatives in venture financings Lead initiatives in complex IP-driven technology transactions Lead initiatives in employment compliance Lead initiatives in platform governance Structure internal legal frameworks Negotiate high-stakes commercial deals Help clients balance innovation with regulatory and operational risk
