Provide day-to-day advice to HR and management on employment matters Advise on wage and hour compliance, worker classification, and payroll practices Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, and agreements Advise on labor relations and collective bargaining agreement compliance Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Handle discovery management, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation Represent the company in administrative proceedings and mediations Develop litigation strategy and oversee outside counsel Coordinate with insurance carriers and manage coverage issues Gradually take on contract review, revision, and negotiation Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new business initiatives
