Requirements:
Deep trial or complex litigation experience (e.g., securities, antitrust, RICO, environmental, or consumer protection). Excellent written advocacy. Interest in working at the intersection of law, journalism, and public interest. Prior experience leading or originating cases is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with investigative journalists to identify, develop, and pursue cases arising from their reporting. Lead plaintiff-side litigation in areas such as financial fraud, environmental violations, consumer protection, and corporate misconduct. Work with co-counsel, advocacy groups, and community partners to deliver tangible results.
