Architect and optimize donor systems including Salesforce and integrated platforms. Design and implement repeatable, scalable processes for stewardship, gift processing, revenue forecasting, and donor pipeline management. Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce, assessing and implementing new tools. Own, develop, sustain, and analyze performance dashboards, reports, and analytics. Partner with frontline fundraisers to prioritize opportunities and coordinate execution. Oversee gift entry, processing, acknowledgment, and reconciliation. Act as a connective tissue across Development, Finance, Marketing, US Strategy, and Product.
