Plan, write, design, and deploy weekly email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo. Manage campaign calendars, align with launches and promotions, and handle segmentation. Build and maintain automated flows to increase LTV, retention, and subscription adoption. Continuously refine lifecycle sequences to reflect customer behavior and insights. Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for subject lines, creative, CTAs, and timing. Analyze campaign data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Report on key metrics such as open rate, CTR, CVR, unsubscribe rate, and revenue attribution. Maintain strong email deliverability and domain health. Partner with the creative team to align messaging and visuals with brand tone. Work with Growth and Product teams to incorporate audience insights and product updates. Present findings and performance reports to leadership proactively.
