Provide end-to-end support, relieving executives of administrative details. Identify and implement improvements for executive operations. Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements. Ensure smooth flow of onsite and virtual meetings. Manage and oversee special projects from the leadership team. Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute them.
