- Define how autonomous agents discover and execute trades on behalf of millions of users
- Own products across both consumer and developer surfaces, shaping what it means for agents to be first-class participants in crypto
- Set and promote the product vision for agentic trading, aligning it with Phantom’s business goals
- Own consumer-facing features that help users capture value through autonomous agents
- Own AI developer products (e.g. MCP Server, CLI), ensuring a cohesive experience between external surfaces and Phantom’s consumer app
- Define business requirements and work with technical teams to design and ship secure agentic capabilities — including agent permissions, trade execution, user consent flows, and audit trails
- Gather insights from power users, market trends, and the fast-moving AI landscape to identify gaps and refine strategy
- Lead products from discovery through delivery, shipping fast to learn from real usage
- Drive outcomes across team boundaries, working across engineering, design, legal, and security to ensure the end-to-end experience is complete
