Implementation Specialist - DocketManager

Experience implementing ERP/MIS or SaaS platforms Strong understanding of business workflows (estimating, production, scheduling, inventory) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Technical aptitude (SQL, API integrations, cloud-based software) Experience creating reports or analyzing implementation data in Excel (bonus) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proactive, customer-first attitude

Lead customer onboarding and software implementation projects Configure the DocketManager platform based on client requirements Collaborate closely with customers to analyze business needs Provide remote and onsite training sessions Serve as a primary customer contact throughout the implementation phase Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues Assist with data migration, testing, and validation Develop and maintain detailed project documentation Contribute to continuous improvement
