Act as the CEO’s strategic partner in day-to-day operations and decision-making. Drive alignment across Community Operations, Marketing, Product, Engineering, HR, and Central Ops. Translate high-level objectives into clear projects, timelines, and deliverables. Maintain strong communication flow between leadership and teams with transparency and accountability. Oversee reporting cadence across all departments (daily, weekly, monthly). Consolidate department KPIs into a unified executive dashboard. Identify blockers early and coordinate resolution with responsible leads. Run leadership syncs, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure decisions translate into action. Own company-wide project tracking to keep initiatives on time and in scope. Partner with Central Operations to improve systems, workflows, and dashboards. Measure and report on business performance: growth, supply-demand balance, operational efficiency, and marketing ROI. Support the CEO on high-impact projects, expansion efforts, and strategic partnerships. Ensure company updates, goals, and priorities are clearly communicated across teams. Synthesize data and insights into concise reports for the CEO and leadership team. Represent the CEO in internal or external meetings when needed. Prepare briefing docs, agendas, and post-meeting summaries for executive follow-through.
