Responsibilities:
Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to close for business, operations, design & engineering teams. Partner with hiring managers and leadership on market trends, candidate profiles, and recruiting processes. Conduct talent market research for hiring strategies, compensation, and attraction. Build and maintain talent pipelines across business functions using various sourcing channels. Lead intern and graduate hiring initiatives and campus recruitment programs. Enhance recruitment processes, tools, and candidate engagement. Coordinate onboarding logistics and act as a brand ambassador.
