Requirements:

Experience in B2C and financial services environments. Demonstrated expertise in email and SMS marketing best practices and industry trends. Advanced proficiency in cadence, segmentation strategies, messaging, dynamic personalization, A/B testing, and analytics. Strong understanding of marketing funnel dynamics. Proven ability in member journey mapping. Analytical mindset with track record of interpreting complex data into actionable strategies. Strong project management acumen, managing multiple concurrent campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
Responsibilities:
Oversee lead nurture program with optimal contact and messaging strategies. Nurture qualified leads to schedule and attend introductory meetings. Improve show rates for scheduled virtual sales meetings. Boost conversion through data-driven experiences. Establish and maintain documentation for prospect journeys. Manage cross-channel nurture project matrix, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with Sales team on communication content and timing. Develop and execute offer communication strategy via email and SMS. Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot performance issues in live nurture journeys. Manage an experimental roadmap for journey stages to test and optimize KPIs. Deliver data-first, personalized communications leveraging prospect data. Partner with Business Operations to design marketing automation programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Lead end-to-end development and execution of messaging and content. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations. Build automated nurture flows for active and inactive leads. Use a variety of messaging and communication approaches. Collaborate with sales, business operations, marketing, and compliance teams.
