Responsibilities:
Lead Nurture Program Ownership Nurture qualified leads to schedule and attend introductory meetings Improve show rates for scheduled virtual sales meetings Boost conversion through data-driven experiences Establish and maintain centralized prospect journey documentation Manage cross-channel nurture project matrix, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables Collaborate with the Sales team on communication content and timing Develop and execute an offer communication strategy using email and SMS Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot performance issues within nurture journeys Manage an experimental roadmap for each journey stage to optimize KPIs Deliver data-first, personalized communications leveraging prospect data Partner with Business Operations to design marketing automation programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead end-to-end development and execution of messaging and content Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations Build automated nurture flows for active and inactive leads Use a variety of messaging and communication approaches Collaborate closely with sales, business operations, marketing, and compliance teams
