Requirements:
12+ years of enterprise sales experience, including private wireless (Private LTE/5G) or advanced networking solutions. Proven success working with or selling through mobile network carriers. Domain expertise in healthcare IT, digital health, connected medical devices, hospital networks, or secure communications; experience in another regulated vertical (utilities, transportation, government) is a plus. Strong hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth. Ability to articulate the value of private wireless in mission-critical environments (security, compliance, reliability, mobility).
Responsibilities:
Drive new revenue by selling Private LTE/5G solutions into healthcare and/or other enterprise verticals. Develop and expand carrier partnerships. Build and manage a robust pipeline of direct enterprise opportunities and joint carrier-led deals. Hunt and acquire new logos, focusing on enterprises where Private 5G can enable digital transformation. Partner with solution architects and product teams to design value-driven solutions. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity qualification through negotiation and contract closure. Build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers, as well as IT, OT, and clinical technology leaders. Represent the company at carrier events, healthcare technology conferences, and industry forums. Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in CRM.
