Responsibilities:
Own budget, financial audit, and lender and Board reporting. Lead cross-functional alignment and approval processes. Simplify and optimize financial processes (reporting, invoicing, collections). Oversee compensation strategy, culture building, and retention. Lead recruitment efforts. Own payroll, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Plan 2x annual offsite events. Revamp pricing strategy to drive revenue growth. Build a team of A-players.
