VP of Finance

8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required. MBA, CPA, or similar advanced credentials are a plus. Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and audits. Proven ability to build and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes. Experience supporting executive leadership with financial insights, board reporting, and capital planning. Familiarity with global financial operations, including contractor payments and multi-currency environments. Comfortable owning systems and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Brex, Carta, Hubspot). Collaborative approach with experience partnering cross-functionally. Strong communication skills.

Serve as key advisor to CEO, COO, and Board on growth, financing, and operational excellence. Implement rigorous processes for real-time forecasting, reporting, and analysis. Support department leaders with financial insights. Partner with commercial team on revenue strategies and financial decisions. Supervise accounting and finance organization to ensure integrity and timeliness of reporting. Expand leadership to other administrative and shared functions.
