Minimum of 3 years recruiting IT roles for US companies. Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Talent Advocacy. Advanced/Bilingual (C1/C2) English proficiency. Familiarity with modern SDLC, Agile methodologies, and tech stacks (MERN, .NET, Python, AWS/Azure). Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Sheets/Excel.
