5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or marketing management within SaaS, CRM, or marketing technology environments Proven track record leading cross-functional customer projects combining technical implementation and marketing strategy Strong customer lifecycle marketing expertise Strategic translation abilities - convert business goals into technical and operational requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong storytelling skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across customer-facing, technical, and internal teams Workshop facilitation experience Analytical and organizational excellence Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools and large language models (LLMs) Collaborative mindset for fast-paced, cross-functional environments Marketing automation platform experience (Airship, Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle, Braze preferred) Multi-channel marketing understanding across mobile app, SMS, wallet, web, and email channels Data mapping and analytics familiarity
Responsibilities:
Lead strategic onboarding projects aligning platform configuration, data design, and use cases to customer goals Facilitate key customer sessions including Discovery & Alignment, Data Structure & Use Case Validation, and Success Measurement Translate marketing objectives into actionable platform configurations and campaign strategies Ensure milestone readiness from SDK implementation through campaign launch Drive POC, trial, and adoption acceleration projects Support at-risk accounts through targeted interventions Partner on data-driven Business Reviews Manage multiple concurrent projects delivering measurable outcomes Ensure unified customer experience across onboarding and post-onboarding phases Capture learnings and improve processes for onboarding and strategic delivery Contribute to best-practice materials for strategic project delivery
