Lead the full project lifecycle for multiple large-scale enterprise projects within a SaaS environment. Drive success across enterprise customer projects. Define the scope, goals, and deliverables in close partnership with senior leadership and key stakeholders. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget. Serve as the central point of contact for all project communication. Provide regular, concise, and accurate status updates to all stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships across Implementation, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Sales. Ensure every project aligns with company's business goals and strategic priorities. Elevate project delivery processes and demonstrate resilience when faced with unexpected challenges. Ensure overall project delivery on product and feature requirements meet the scope, budget, and quality expectations as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) for enterprise customers. Champion a culture of service excellence.
