Requirements:
Considerable relevant B2B sales experience (software experience is an asset). Proven ability to achieve or exceed assigned quotas. Social listening experience is an asset. Ability to focus on client business value, ROI, and customer solutions. Demonstrated outbound sales experience, including proactive prospecting, cold outreach, and strategic outbound campaigns. Skilled in crafting and executing sales plans for assigned territories or verticals. Open Communication: clearly conveys thoughts, both written and verbally, listening attentively and asking questions for clarification and understanding. Commitment to Results: Consistently achieving results, demonstrating high performance and challenging self and others to deliver results. Responsibilities:
Acquire new enterprise business customers and achieve quota targets. Prospect and generate outbound leads. Navigate sales cycles from value creation to closing. Present solutions to C-suite and senior executives. Craft and execute sales strategies to generate new sales pipeline. Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue attainment. Seek market and industry information to build rapport with customers. Recommend Hootsuite products and third-party solutions. Deliver product presentations and demos. Complete RFI/RFP and supplier technical requirement documents. Partner with pre & post sales teams. Craft expansion strategies for existing customers. Partner with Sales Development Representatives to build outbound pipelines. Manage, track, and report sales activities through Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and 6Sense. Travel to see prospects and deliver presentations. Facilitate handoff to implementation and customer teams after sales close.
