Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field 10+ years of experience in Salesforce-focused roles with expertise in Sales Cloud and SaaS provisioning or order management workflows Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and automation for provisioning processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills U.S. citizenship

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to provisioning and sales operations Guide and validate the design and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud configurations Streamline and automate provisioning workflows across Salesforce and Zscaler platforms Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical developers Monitor provisioning workflows using Salesforce and Tableau analytics
