Staff Business Systems Analyst - Payroll (Dayforce)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field 7+ years of experience managing payroll applications with strong focus on Dayforce or similar payroll applications Solid understanding of payroll processes, federal and state labor laws, tax laws, and compliance measures Proven ability to configure and optimize payroll systems and document workflows with technical implementation strategies

Application management as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Dayforce Payroll application Collaborating with payroll and HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements Leading system upgrades, integrations, and configuration projects Investigating and resolving payroll system issues while providing end-user support and training Generating reports and dashboards to provide insights into payroll operations and HR metrics
