Manager, Management & Performance Analytics, Business Intelligence

4-10 years of data analytics, statistics, and/or reporting experience. Bachelor’s degree from a selective, accredited institution (preference to Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or STEM). Successful completion of analytic coursework (e.g., economics, mathematics, physical sciences). Results-oriented with proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Self-motivated and proactive with aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving. Exceptional and persuasive communicator and facilitator with ability to interface with executive management. Flexibility and adaptability in an environment with rapidly changing business and technology needs. Curiosity to learn new skills and eagerness to form new relationships. Expert level with Power BI. Proficiency with SQL, Python, Excel, PowerPoint. Salesforce experience preferred.

Develop and oversee reports and tools indicating performance of key business elements. Identify levers for improvement in business performance. Provide integrated performance metrics and incentive compensation reporting for Wealth Advisors. Create a unified experience in Power BI for understanding individual and team results. Integrate driver metrics to improve revenue retention and growth. Create tools to support enhanced capture of Share of Wallet. Collaborate with executive leadership on performance analysis and incentive programs. Deliver continuous productivity improvement and exceed client expectations for Client Service. Develop data sources, metrics, and dashboards for Client Service performance. Implement automation to identify potential delivery challenges. Serve as expert resource for Power BI, guiding stakeholders and troubleshooting issues. Mentor team members on Power BI. Ensure production reporting is a trusted resource through standards, consistency, and optimization. Drive the Wealth Management Data & Reporting Advisory Board.
