Requirements:
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing. 8+ years in an ABM related field. Proven track record of building and executing account-specific omnichannel campaigns for new business. Experience leveraging intent data, account intelligence, and personalization tactics for acquisition. Skilled in orchestrating 1:1 and 1:few executive engagement experiences and custom events. Ability to use ABM and marketing performance tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Tableau, Looker). Strong analytical skills to translate campaign data into actionable insights. Experienced in optimizing campaigns and familiar with MQA models. Demonstrated problem-solving skills focused on data-driven improvements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Background in enterprise SaaS or complex B2B buying cycles (desired). Familiarity with sales platforms and ability to design content for account-specific outreach (desired).
Responsibilities:
Identify and prioritize target accounts for acquisition. Build and launch personalized multi-channel campaigns for target accounts. Leverage account intelligence and intent data for campaign design. Monitor campaign performance, optimize programs, and provide insights to sales. Manage and execute persona-based ads for new business accounts. Track and report account-level engagement and performance. Support and co-create acquisition-focused sales plays. Own and execute 1:1 custom events and experiences.
