Own deliverables and follow-ups from leadership meetings, ensuring clear next steps and aligned communication. Act as in meetings as needed—gathering insights, communicating intent, and following through on behalf of the leader. Develop executive-facing materials including presentations, memos, and decks. Prepare briefing materials and pre-reads for internal and external engagements. Help translate vision and direction into clear communication to internal teams and external stakeholders. Serve as a close strategic partner—anticipating needs, identifying gaps, and providing input without needing step-by-step guidance. Understand working style, preferences, and priorities to provide seamless support and eliminate friction. Help protect and manage time and focus by surfacing priorities, simplifying decisions, and flagging risks. Support other Commercial team members or the sales organization as needed.
