Head of Procurement

Proficiency in English, at least at B2 level 3+ years as a Head of Procurement 5+ years in procurement background Ability to develop and execute long-term strategic plans that align procurement with the company's financial and growth goals Proven track record of building, managing, and mentoring a team, along with driving cross-functional alignment with stakeholders High proficiency with ERP and procurement systems (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa) and modern procurement orchestration platforms Expert in spend analysis, TCO modeling, and developing category strategies across SaaS, HR, and Marketing Expertise in SaaS optimization, data analysis, and awareness of AI/RPA tools for procurement use cases Exceptional skills in contract negotiations (MSAs, SOWs), due diligence, and supplier performance evaluation Proven ability in P2P process design, contract lifecycle management, and managing SLAs/KPIs Experience with internal controls, SOX/GDPR/SOC 2 compliance, and implementing third-party risk frameworks

Lead strategic procurement planning, focusing on cost savings, vendor optimization, and process improvements Manage and mentor a procurement team, monitoring key performance indicators, and drive a high-performance culture Oversee the full vendor lifecycle, including selection, performance management, negotiation, and risk governance Manage procurement budgets, monitor spending, track savings, and liaise with Finance for accurate forecasting Spearhead high-value contract negotiations and ensure all contracts comply with legal and operational standards Establish risk mitigation strategies and ensure all procurement activities adhere to relevant regulations Drive cross-functional alignment with departments like Finance and Legal to ensure procurement effectively supports broader business goals Develop existing and implement new procurement technologies and tools to drive efficiency and outcomes (cost savings, cycle time, etc.)
