Own and optimize the full growth funnel end-to-end: traffic → registration → activation → payment → repeat Develop and execute the growth strategy across paid acquisition, product growth, and monetization Audit, restructure, and scale acquisition channels, with a strong focus on Google and Meta Define, validate, and improve core growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, ROMI) across all channels Build and maintain a cohort-based LTV model, clearly defining assumptions, risks, and limitations Generate, prioritize, and validate growth hypotheses in close collaboration with Product, Tech, and Analytics Lead A/B and multivariate testing for onboarding flows, paywalls, pricing, messaging, and offers Define ROMI benchmarks and scaling thresholds for key traffic sources Optimize unit economics to ensure scalable and predictable growth Work closely with payments and risk teams to improve conversion rates, approval rates, and revenue stability Build growth dashboards and reporting frameworks to ensure full transparency and fast decision-making
