1+ year of experience in a PMM or GM role. Previous experience in User Acquisition Management (UAM) with Meta Ads and Google Ads would be a great plus. Independent management and optimization of key funnel stages (ad -> LP/funnel -> paywall -> product); designs and runs complex A/B tests. Performing deep-dive analyses in Amplitude, Tableau (or similar), setting up and troubleshooting event tracking, evaluating metrics and trends. Building hypotheses, prioritizing experiments, interpreting results, and scaling high-impact growth initiatives. Conducting independent research on market trends, competitors, and best practices; applying insights to growth strategy. Proven collaboration with User Acquisition Managers and Creative Marketers; Understanding UA approaches across multiple channels (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) and supporting launches of new initiatives or products.
