2 - 3+ years in hands-on growth, acquisition, or performance marketing roles within product-led B2C/subscription startups or scale-ups across global markets. Proven hands-on experience launching, optimizing, and scaling Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) with significant monthly budgets. Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics: CPA, ARPU, LTV, ROMI. Ability to analyze funnels end-to-end (click → activation → purchase) and identify bottlenecks. Solid data analysis skills. Experience with analytics and attribution tools (e.g, Amplitude, Segment, GA4, AppsFlyer, or similar). Strong creative judgment: ability to define angles, hooks, and hypotheses for ads, and evaluate creative performance. Ability to structure insights and present results clearly to C-level (concise decks, clear conclusions, action-oriented updates). Experience working in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments (early-stage or high-growth products). English Level - B1+.
