Requirements:
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, preferably in the financial sector. Strong understanding of the recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, reference checking). Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends. Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills. Experienced in sourcing passive talent. Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational skills. Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, highly team-oriented environment. Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and delegate work. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail. High level of responsibility and result-focus. Proactive approach and curiosity. Upper Intermediate level of English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract IT talent. Source and evaluate candidate qualifications. Conduct initial screenings and interviews. Maintain recruitment process workflow and compliance. Use recruitment reporting and analytics to influence decisions. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs. Monitor and analyze vacancies, pipeline, diversity, and quality of hire. Deliver a seamless candidate experience. Promote company culture and employer brand. Coordinate with HR and hiring managers for onboarding.
