Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills. Experienced in sourcing passive talent. Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational skills. Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, highly team-oriented environment. Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and delegate work. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail. High level of responsibility and result-focus.
