Requirements:
8+ years of some combination of Account Management, Sales, or Renewal management in Education Technology 4+ years experience working directly with the largest top 100 and school districts and state departments of education. Experience working directly at a cabinet level in a large district or have worked closely with cabinet members in large districts. Ability to build trust and relationships with C-level members of the district. Proven track record of achieving ambitious goals in a cross-functional team. Strategic thinker that can see the big picture and communicate a compelling vision. Ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done to execute on the vision. Extremely results-oriented; can define and measure outcomes quantitatively. Thrive in cross-functional teams, especially working together with sales, success, product and marketing.
Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across districts. Own the renewal process with a strategic, consultative approach to secure timely contract renewals and identify growth opportunities. Facilitate Executive Business Reviews and Outcome Reviews, demonstrating how ClassDojo drives results. Build comprehensive, data-driven account plans that align with customer goals. Leverage adoption metrics, engagement data, and customer feedback to tailor account strategies. Partner with Account Executives, GTM leadership, and other teams to deliver cohesive support.
