Senior Product Designer - Crypto

5+ years shipping product design at scale with mobile design expertise Expert visual and interaction design skills with deep prototyping chops 0-1 product design experience or strong startup background Crypto-forward or quick learner on web3 (familiar with onchain activity, wallets, dApps, DeFi basics, and blockchain-based services) Strong design-to-engineer collaboration skills Figma fluent with design system contribution experience Exceptional stakeholder management skills Proven portfolio showing user-centered problem-solving, clear design process, and successful launches in fintech, blockchain, or similarly complex domains

Own end-to-end design strategy from discovery through prototyping, testing, and handoff Deliver high-fidelity visuals, interaction specs, and docs Work directly with client engineers to discuss feasibility and iterate designs Partner with client Product and Engineering teams to understand goals and user needs Lead with mobile-first thinking Run user research and usability testing Facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions with clients Build and extend client design systems Communicate design strategy and progress to stakeholders Sweat the details—edge cases, scalability, cultural context, accessibility, and multi-device/multi-language considerations Act as a trusted design advisor
