1-3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B lead generation. Bilingual (English–Spanish) fluency. High reliability and consistent daily sales activity. Strong communication and confident phone presence. Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management. Experience selling physical or industrial products preferred. Comfort with high-volume calling (100+ calls/day). Coachability and ability to meet activity-driven KPIs. Proficiency in CRM Platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or similar). Proficiency in Communication Tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack). Proficiency in Productivity & Documentation tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite). Proficiency in Telephony / Dialer Systems (Aircall, RingCentral or equivalent). Experience with Order Processing Systems (ERP or inventory management tools) preferred. Basic data tracking using Excel or Google Sheets.
