Director of Engineering - MetaDefender Managed File Transfer

Orchestrate AI agents to automate specs, code generation, testing, and review processes.
Maintain hands-on involvement in the codebase, architecture patterns, and technical prototyping.
Own the end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap, managing execution sequencing and technical risk.
Build and lead a high-performance, distributed engineering team across Romania, Vietnam, and Hungary.
Establish security-first engineering practices and performance-based management standards.
Champion AI-native playbooks and CI/CD improvements for broader organizational adoption.
