Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science).
• Over 7 years of hands-on experience in IT/OT cybersecurity; Pharma experience is a bonus.
• Deep understanding of Cyber Security practices in modern environments.
• Proficiency in deploying and configuring cybersecurity solutions and REST API.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for critical infrastructure protection.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with security technologies like Anti-Malware/EDR, Sandbox, firewalls, and SIEM.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable.
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and teams.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage extensive knowledge in cybersecurity to provide technical leadership and support for clients.
• Collaborate with customers to design tailored OPSWAT solutions for securing critical infrastructure.
• Act as a key technical resource during the pre-sales process, working closely with the sales team.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of OPSWAT's solutions.
• Provide training and education on the implementation and best practices of OPSWAT's solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution deployment and support.
• Stay informed about cybersecurity developments and trends.
