2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, growth operations, or sales ops. Hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM and marketing automation. Strong analytical mindset and understanding of lead management workflows. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments. Experience with data integrations, API-based automations, or workflow tools (preferred). Familiarity with Notion, Figma, or BI dashboards (preferred). Interest in AI and automation tools (preferred). Background in SaaS, PropTech, or startup environments (preferred).
