Qualification from an accredited law school 4-7 years of experience in commercial or technology transactions Solid understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and Web3 regulatory frameworks Demonstrated ability to independently negotiate, draft, and close complex commercial agreements Strong business judgment with a pragmatic approach Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Comfortable working cross-functionally with global teams across multiple time zones

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (SaaS, licensing, vendor, partnership) Advise on contract structures, risk allocation, and compliance Provide legal guidance on go-to-market initiatives and product launches Support development of contract templates and legal processes Collaborate with finance, compliance, and operations teams Stay current on regulations impacting digital assets, financial services, and tech transactions
