Serve as a single point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers via the IovanceCares call center. Independently manage and own all patient cases from registration through post-infusion. Establish collaborative relationships with Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs). Triage all issues, utilize resources, and follow-up on issue resolution. Collaborate effectively with inter-disciplinary healthcare teams at treatment centers. Partner with Iovance cross-functional teams to deliver customer service and support. Clearly communicate case-related information to manage expectations. Complete all Case Manager training and demonstrate knowledge of IovanceCares systems and processes. Support Authorized Treatment Center launch activities as necessary. Manage and contribute to continuous improvements in patient care experience. Maintain current knowledge of IovanceCares objectives, processes, and compliance standards. Demonstrate passion and care for patients and uphold Iovance values. Adhere to Iovance Biotherapeutics’ core values, policies, and procedures. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
