3–5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer) within B2B technology or IT services. Familiarity with Managed Services Provider (MSP) models, recurring revenue structures, or domains such as Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, or Data/AI. Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders. Experience managing backlogs and roadmaps using agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of accountability and self-motivation. Ability to thrive in a fully remote, distributed work environment. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
