Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of payments initiatives from planning to launch. Partner with product, engineering, finance, and design teams to define scope and remove blockers. Translate business needs into technical requirements for payment gateways, invoicing, and tax workflows. Coordinate integration work across providers like Braintree, PayPal, Stripe, and Paddle. Plan and execute releases for new payments features. Track project progress, report outcomes, and surface risks. Maintain documentation on payment systems, integrations, and processes. Foster a high-performing squad culture.
